This company ought to be embarrassed. My stepdad was in poor health and got hounded by reps from Snowden Health calling him. They just wouldn’t stop pushing products on him when he had more than enough already. After he passed away, we discovered over £1500 worth of unopened items, plus a bunch of opened packets that he barely used. I even gave some of the products a shot myself, and all they did was cause me a bad skin reaction.

Absolutely disgraceful. They keep cold calling my 88-year-old grandma, pushing her to buy certain tablets. These callers lack any medical training and are just out to scam vulnerable seniors with health issues. They don’t care about what meds she’s already on. My grandma got charged £120 for three boxes of tablets that you can find way cheaper elsewhere. And wouldn’t you know it, they called her again shortly after, trying to sell her more! This whole company has no morals and preys on the most vulnerable folks. Seriously, steer clear of them.

I really can’t express how thankful I am to this company. My dad has Alzheimer’s, and he ordered a mobility scooter, which honestly freaked me out. But when I reached out to Claire, the Customer Service Manager, she had already sensed something was off and was glad I called. They’re processing a refund, and Claire truly went above and beyond. It was impressive how she listened to my dad’s call and noticed that something wasn’t quite right, showing real diligence. I also chatted with a few other ladies on the team, and they were just lovely, professional, and super helpful. I’m so grateful they didn’t take advantage of my very vulnerable father, unlike so many other companies would.

I ordered three packs of prostate patches from Snowden. They hit me with a £5.95 shipping fee, but the real cost for a 1st class large letter is just £1.29. When I asked about it, they claimed the fee was 'standard.' That ain't 'standard'; it's just plain racketeering.

I placed an order in mid-November, and as of December 13, I still haven't gotten it. I reached out for details. They provided me with a Royal Mail tracking number, but it doesn't show any confirmation of delivery. The package seems to be stuck somewhere. I shot off an email asking for updates, but so far, no response.

We keep getting cold calls even after being assured we wouldn't receive any more. They push products that could interact with our current meds. Seriously, does it take a tragedy for this company to be put out of business?

They really help with my daily pain and are super simple to apply! I've been a fan of Snowden products for nearly 20 months. I can't say for sure, but I really think that my dad's bank info and health issues got sold to a company named Well Being after he bought stuff from Snowden.

The quality of the item and how fast it arrived have really met what I was hoping for. However, I need to use it for a while to really judge how well it performs in the long run.

The customer service is fantastic! I was in need of a bigger strap for my knee, and they shipped one right away without charging me extra.
